The Peppertree Restaurant has been a staple of the Oskaloosa community since 1994. The Peppertree has long been known for its extensive menu, comfortable elegant atmosphere, and its first class service.
2004 was a big year at the Peppertree, there was a change in ownership and the introduction of Pepper's Bar and Grill. In 2004, Steve Tibbitts purchased The Peppertree, bringing 20 years of food and beverage experience with him. He is committed to offering the best dining experience and food quality in Southeast Iowa.
Since the change in ownership, The Peppertree has taken on a whole new look. The entire restaurant has been remodeled. New rich elegant colors, give the fine dining a real cozy feel. Our Grand Ballroom allows us to accommodate receptions, meetings and class reunions of up to 300 people. The Peppertree has become known for their great steaks and excellent variety of menu selections.
Pepper's Bar and Grill has become the place to be for fun. You won't find a classy atmosphere like Pepper's anywhere else in the area. Pepper's boasts a state of the art audio and video system, showcasing three giant flat screen plasma TVs, 8-32" TVs and a comfortable lounge area with leather sofas to ensure that you won't miss the big game. On Friday and Saturday night, you can come join the crowd for Southeast Iowa's best karaoke. Pepper's Bar and Grill has its own great menu with Gourmet Burgers, Sandwiches and some of your Peppertree favorites. Come on out and enjoy the fun!
