Your Choice of One Entree, Two Entrees or Three Entrees

Served in the “family style” tradition with healthy portions in bowls to pass around the table. (Entrée selections are served for everyone to enjoy some of each meat).

An assortment of our specialty dessert bars served in a petite size. Some flavors include Chocolate Peanut Butter Stack, Fabulous Chocolate Chunk Brownie, 7 Layer Bar, Totally Oreo Brownie, Lemon Crumb, Toffee Crunch Blondie, Summer Berry Stack, Apple Crumb, Rocky Road, Mount Carmel Oatmeal, and Raspberry Rhapsody. Approximately 2 petite bars per person.

Display Tray of Assorted Mini Cheesecakes
Some flavors include Chocolate Cappuccino, Silk Tuxedo, French Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Lemon, Raspberry and Amaretto Almond. Approximately 2 per person.



Choice of Two Entrees or Three Entrees
Served with assorted dinner rolls and butter, fresh brewed coffee and iced tea. A minimum of 25 people is required to set up a buffet. Please understand that the time for guests to go through the buffet is longer than family or entree style. Choice of any two entrees, three sides and two salads or choice of any three entrees, three sides and two salads.

Groups less than 40 guests can choose up to four of the following entrees and we will print a menu specific to your event so the guests can choose their menu selection at the time they sit down for dinner. Groups over 40 can choose up to four entrees and give an exact advance count including the entrée selection for each guest. Served with one salad, one accompaniment and one vegetable choice along with assorted fresh baked dinner rolls, fresh brewed iced tea and Starbucks coffee. Don’t forget to add a dessert!

12 oz. Prime Rib Our slow roasted prime rib is USDA Choice aged a minimum of 21 days to enhance tenderness and flavor.

12 oz. Ribeye Everyone’s favorite for its tenderness and delicious flavor.

12 oz. New York Strip We use only the center cuts of USDA Choice Strip Loins. Sure to be tender and full of flavor.
