We use only usda choice aged beef. Our steaks are guaranteed to be tender and flavorful.

RIBEYE

Everyone’s favorite for its tenderness and delicious flavor. (12 oz., 16 oz.)

FILET MIGNON

Hand trimmed beef tenderloin, very lean and very tender. petite cut (6 oz., 12 oz.)

FILET AND SHRIMP

Our always tender 6 oz. filet mignon accompanied by three of our jumbo fried shrimp.

TOP SIRLOIN

9 oz. center cut sirloin is a classic for steak lovers.

WHISKEY RIVER STEAK & CHICKEN

Hand carved 8 oz. ribeye paired with our 6 oz. grilled chicken breast topped with our seasoned cheese sauce and sautéed peppers and onions served with cheddar mashed potatoes and fire roasted corn.

COUNTRY FRIED STEAK

1/3 pound country fried steak dipped in buttermilk, breaded with seasoned flour and cracker crumbs, fried to a golden brown topped with country gravy served with garlic red skinned mashed potatoes and fire roasted sweet corn.

SALISBURY STEAK

1/3 pound pound country fried steak, fried to a golden brown topped with a rich brown mushroom gravy served with garlic mashed potatoes and fire roasted sweet corn.

Burgers

Our hamburgers are a half pound of certified Black Angus beef charbroiled to a minimum internal temperature of medium, served on a toasted kaiser bun with a pickle spear. All burgers come with shoe string fries. Substitute seasoned criss cross fries and seasoned sour cream for an additional charge. Raw onion and tomato available upon request. Add sautéed mushrooms or onions or bacon for an additional charge.

Topped with melted cheddar, hash browns, bacon, and a fried egg…no fries…you won’t need them!

Bacon Asiago Cheeseburger
